No. It reads the bookmarks page you already have open in Chrome. No login, no API key, no server.
Where are my bookmarks stored?
In your browser's local storage on your computer. Nothing is uploaded. You can download a JSON backup any time.
Can I export my X bookmarks to CSV or Notion?

What happens when a bookmarked post is deleted?
